a. Information You Provide Directly

• Payment information: All online payments are processed securely by PhonePe, our third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI, or banking details are collected and processed directly by PhonePe in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
• Communications: Messages you send us through contact forms, email, WhatsApp, or social media, including reviews and feedback you submit.
• Marketing preferences: Your email address and phone number if you opt in to receive our newsletter or updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• Pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referring website

c. Information from Analytics and Advertising Partners

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• PhonePe: To process your online payments securely.
• Shipping and courier partners: To deliver your orders — we share your name, address, and phone number only as needed for delivery.
• Communication service providers: Email, SMS, and WhatsApp service providers that help us send order updates and marketing messages you have opted into.
• Google and Meta: For analytics and advertising purposes as described above.
• Website hosting and technology providers: Only as needed to operate the Site.
• Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or government direction, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: If Distro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

All service providers are required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Order and transaction records are retained as required under Indian accounting, tax, and other applicable laws. When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable security safeguards to protect your information, including SSL encryption on our Site and secure payment processing through PhonePe. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
