Order processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote and North-East pincodes may take slightly longer.

You can check an estimated delivery date for your pincode on any product page or at checkout.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free across India on every order. There are no hidden handling fees.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed and WhatsApped to you as soon as your order is handed to the courier. If you haven't received tracking details within 24 hours of your order confirmation, please reach out to us.

Failed delivery & re-shipping

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery address, or repeated refusal of the courier's attempts, we'll reach out to arrange a re-shipment. An additional shipping charge may apply for re-shipping such orders.

Damaged in transit

Reach us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the parcel and product. We'll replace it — no questions asked.
