1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our fragrances, their descriptions, ingredients, and packaging accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. Minor variations in packaging do not constitute a defect. All products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• The "Any 2 Pods for ₹750" Duo offer applies automatically to any two fragrance Pods in your bag. No coupon code required.
• Payments are processed securely through PhonePe. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• In case of a payment failure where the amount is debited from your account, the amount is typically auto-refunded by your bank or PhonePe within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us with your transaction details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation. We may contact you to verify your details before processing an order. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate — we are not responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect information provided by you.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship within India only.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping is free across India on every order.
• Once an order is handed to the courier, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• If a delivery fails because you were unavailable or the address was incorrect, re-delivery or re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered. However, we will provide a free replacement if:

• The product was damaged or leaking on arrival, or
• You received the wrong product.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us at info@distroofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
2. Provide clear photos or a video of the damaged/wrong product along with the packaging. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, as it helps us resolve claims quickly.
3. Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacement requests made after 48 hours of delivery, or for products that have been used, opened (except to discover damage), or damaged after delivery, will not be accepted.

7. Product Usage and Safety

Our fragrances are for external use only. Please read and follow the product safety & usage guidelines available on the Site before use. We are not liable for adverse reactions arising from misuse of the product, failure to follow usage guidelines, or individual allergies or sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Distro name, logo, product names, images, text, and designs — is the property of Distro and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, post false or misleading reviews, or interfere with the Site's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user violating these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Distro's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including courier delays, natural disasters, or government actions).

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kottayam, Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
